Northrop Grumman is seekinga Logistics Management Analyst to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals. This position will be located at the JSF Sustainment Center in Fort Worth, TX.

Where Technology and Teamwork come together... The qualified applicant will become part of Northrop Grumman's Department of the Navy F-35 B/C Maintenance, Repair, Overhaul and Upgrade (MRO&U) organization within the Global Sustainment organization of Northrop Grumman Technology Services (NGTS).

In this exciting position, your roles and responsibilities will include:

Work directly with Engineers, other Logistics Management Analysts, and Program Managers to manage modification kits on the F-35 sustainment program in Fort Worth, Texas. The working environment is highly dynamic, often with competing priorities and deadlines. The selected candidate will need to ensure that customer service and time objectives are achieved within existing financial constraints in order to meet marketing and financial objectives.

Responsibilities include:

  • Analysis and interpretation of technical data (e.g., technical drawings, technical data, specifications, etc.)

  • Use of numerous data interchange systems, software programs, and electronic tools

  • Develop highly technical documents and slides.

  • Conduct analysis of technical and logistics data and create relevant reports, briefings, and documents to include: statements of work, white papers, trade studies, etc…

  • Build/maintain relationships with coworkers and strategic customers by responding to and anticipating needs

  • Provide analysis, process oversight, and tracking of detailed end-item data being created as part of engineering projects

  • Create and update documentation to define or clarify engineering, logistics, and administrative processes

  • Ensure timely contractual deliveries to the Customer

  • Maintain configuration control of project data and deliverables

  • Provide proactive and reactive direct support to other Logisticians, Project Engineers, and Managers working to execute numerous different Engineering Projects

  • Effectively manage a balance of regularly scheduled work and tasks as well as proving support for urgent short notice tasks and events

  • Utilize a myriad of data interchange systems and electronic and administrative tools to capture, edit, and create MS Excel spreadsheets, Word documents, and PowerPoint Slides

Basic Qualifications:

  • 3 years of relevant experience with Bachelor’s, or 1 years of relevant experience with a Master’s (4 years of additional experience is required in lieu of a Bachelor's Degree)

  • Candidate must have complete understanding of all logistic elements, supportability, maintainability and logistics support analysis.

  • Candidate must be able to read, interpret and ensure accuracy of parts lists from engineering drawings

  • Ability to manage the acquisition of disparate components, their assembly into modification kits, and delivery of completed kits to specified end users.

  • Solid written and verbal skills in order to effectively interact with Government counterparts, other defense contractor organizations, and other cross-functional organizations

  • Must have a U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) Secret security clearance.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with aerospace industry supply chain

  • Knowledge of Military Specifications, Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs), Data Item Descriptions (DIDs) and other related technical and contractual documents

  • Highly experienced using Microsoft (MS) Office products to include Word, PowerPoint, Excel; knowledge/experience using MS Access and Project

  • Possess the ability, once acclimated, to perform tasks autonomously with minimal oversight/supervision needed

  • Experience using the following Web applications/Software programs: SharePoint; Teamcenter, etc.

  • Experience in Risk/Opportunity processes and management to include identification ofRisks/Opportunities, meeting participation, and inputs/reporting via a Risk/Opportunity tool.
