POSITION DESCRIPTION

Position Title: Contract Administrator FLSA Status: Non-Exempt Reports to: Vice President of Legal Manages: None

General Summary

The Contract Administrator provides professional legal support services to operations staff to assure timely processing of company contracts. This position requires someone who is highly organized with the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment. The Contract Administrator will report to the Vice President of Legal.

  • Review and revise standard contract terms and conditions in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.

  • Responsible for maintaining, organizing, and tracking contracts through approval process.

  • Prepare periodic and special reports, compile the information and maintains contract database.

  • Responsible for inputting new Contract Review Requests into the company’s contract database.

  • Prepare documents and obtain authorized signatures for negotiated contracts.

  • Issue detailed reminders to internal company clients regarding any outstanding contract issues.

  • Assist branch offices with certificate of insurance preparation and completion of pre-qualification forms as required.

Job Standards

Qualifications

  • Must have a High School diploma or equivalent.

  • Two (2) or Four (4) year college degree preferred.

  • Requires a minimum three (3) to five (5) years contract administration experience.

  • Experience with contract review at a Law Firm or Company preferred.

  • Paralegal or Contract Administration certification preferred.

  • Must possess proficient skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office; Excel; Access and Microsoft Outlook.

WORKING CONDITIONS
