Participants in the Engineering co-op program have the opportunity to rotate through various engineering departments within Goodrich to learn aspects of the design, test, analysis and customer support of aircraft wheels and brakes. Participants in the Engineering co-op program have the opportunity to rotate through various engineering departments within Landing Systems to learn aspects of the design, test, analysis and customer support of aircraft wheels and brakes and braking systems.

We have an immediate need for a Field Service Representative in our Fort Worth facility.

Candidate will act as a Customer liaison Field Service Representative. Duties will include supporting customer needs at assembly location in Fort Worth as well as in/out-country technical support at various customer sites. When not travelling, candidate will be responsible for supporting UTAS in-house repair and MOD activity as well as support production needs as necessary. 1. Maintaining/testing of Landing Gear Assemblies. 2. On-site repair, maintenance and test activities directly supporting our customer base. 3. Provide technical support in the maintenance and repair of equipment. 4. Support Production and the Integration and Test of equipment. 5. Maintenance and control of assigned tools/test equipment and spare parts. 6. Assist with the return and repair of customer owned assets using the RMA process. 7. Performs other administrative duties associated with the job, including but not limited to electronic expense reports, daily time cards, Field Service Reports. 8. Ensures that all assigned tasks are completed accurately and in a timely manner. 9. Required to prioritize open tasks and complete on schedule and on budget.

Qualification:

Must be able to read, understand technical material and procedures/instructions.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and data entry skills.

Ability to develop and maintain good customer relations.

Must be able to function with minimal supervision.

Must be willing and able to work in various environmental conditions.

Ability to lift and move equipment up to 55 pounds.

Must be able to meet medical and physical fitness requirements to enter into and maintain deployment in accordance with customer requirements.

Must communicate effectively with internal and external customers both verbally and in writing.

Ability to multi-task and complete high volumes of work.

Able to travel internationally and domestically. Up to 50% travel international or domestic on short notice to support assignment. Ability to work extended hours including evenings, weekends, holidays and participate in on-call duties.

Ability to obtain and maintain a US passport.

Specific knowledge of the F35 program preferred .
