Volt Workforce Solutions is supporting a client that specializes in broadest range of COTS (commercial off-the-shelf) rugged embedded computing and networking products in the industry. Their products and solutions that can be found in many high-profile military/aerospace sea, land and air programs, as well as in commercial and industrial organizations in which rugged reliability is mission-critical.

Office Coordinator and Sales Support:

Responsibilities:

Sales

  • Work with sales team and potential customers to generate quotes for the sales channels

  • Sales Order Entry from Customer Purchase Orders

  • Enter sales leads into our CRM tool

  • Generation of Excel based reports as requested

  • Send out pre-payment invoices to customers

Office Management/Coordination

  • Ensure efficient office operations

  • Answer Telephone

  • Provide welcoming atmosphere for visitors and employees

  • Communicate with building management

  • Communicate and coordinate with 3 rd party IT vendor

  • Order office supplies

  • Coordinate office visits and meetings

  • Coordinate employee travel

  • Plan monthly company events and staff meetings

Qualifications:

  • Degree in business would be optimal

  • Intermediate Microsoft Office experience level intermediate in Outlook, Excel and Word. Familiarity with PowerPoint

  • Comfortable answering and directly phone calls

  • Must be a team player able to work closely with staff

  • Excellent verbal communications skills.

  • Familiar with Excel Pivot tables, both in their use and creation

  • Attention to detail

  • Professional demeanor

  • Organizational skills

  • Prior experience in a small office, fast paced organization

  • Prior experience with one or more of these CRM tools

  • Intermediate computer/technology skills
